Dr Elshatory was a God-send for my husband. Very professional office staff took our early-morning call on a holiday weekend, when other Retina specialists refused. The staff member relayed my husband’s symptoms to Dr Elshatory. She immediately replied to us, and said the doctor would meet us in his (CLOSED!) office within 30 minutes! He opened his office and thoroughly examined by husband, spending close to 2 hours with us, carefully explaining my husbands diagnosis. We then were sent to the ER with detailed instructions for the staff there, (The hospital staff also appreciated Dr Elshatory’s written detail and further suggested protocol.) My husband and I cannot recommend Dr Elshatory highly enough. He obviously takes his Hippocratic Oath very seriously. ❤️
